Does the eye must be pleased? Pleasure for all of your senses - is that possible? Does the colour of the dish influence our choice of food?
 

The yellow imperor of China tought to combine "five colours, five flavours and five scents" in one mal already 3000 years ago. Goethe describes enthusiastically the colours of things and food he got to know on his journey through Italy.

Ulrich Allendorf, also known as "Harry Potter between the vine-growers", dupes the visitors of the "wine adventure world" for years. Did you know there is no magic behind it, it is all scientifically proven?

Enjoy the colourful dishes of Klaus Weingartz and Michael Kammermeier, and the complementing wines from Allendorf's vineyard. Prof. Dr. Leo Gros will accompany you with a little bit of science, some anecdotes and a wink.
