Our ENTE Restaurant has been one of the best fine dining restaurants in Wiesbaden for some 33 years. ENTE is a gourmet bistro-style restaurant whose popularity has spread further afield than the state capital to the entire Rhine-Main region and beyond.

Since 1980 the Michelin restaurant critics have without a break awarded the ENTE a coveted Michelin star. The restaurant's young head chef, Michael Kammermeier, presents his very own interpretation of exquisite, straightforward classic European cuisine with a very personal touch. Our World of Wine

Join our sommeliere, Marcella Pickelein on an exciting tour of the world of wine. Her wealth of experience and her infectious passion will touch you deeply and awaken all your senses. Marcella knows every one of the 1,200 wines in the cellars of our gourmet restaurant and is well able to recommend a wine to complement your menu choice. With Marcella's help a visit to the ENTE becomes a unique gourmet experience.

The Ente is closed from the 1st to 18th January. Opening on Thursday, 19th January.

Sat: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

BUSINESS LUNCH

Each weekday from 12:00 till 14:30 the Ente Bistro offers a changing dish of the day for Euro 14,00 per person.
